European Food and Feed Law Review - EFFL.
In the early 2000s several initiatives were undertaken to start a food law journal in Europe. Among these were initiatives by the European Institute for Food Law and by Lexxion in Berlin (Germany). The Institute decided to endorse the initiative by Lexxion and to discontinue its own initiative. This resulted in the European Food and Feed Law Review (EFFL). It appeared for the first time in 2006 and and continues until this day. The director of the Institute is on the editorial board of EFFL.
